Hello, I’m Brad Ashton, your friendly Mortgage & Protection Adviser here at Ernest May.

Why do I do it? Well, I like working with numbers, I’ve always been interested in property, and, most of all, I love helping people to achieve their goals, whether that be buying their first home, their dream home, raising funds for that long-awaited extension or simply improving their existing financial setup.

Mortgages can be complicated, and knowing where to start can be daunting. There are so many options: fixed deals, tracker deals, discounted deals, buy-to-lets, let-to-buys, interest only, part & part; the list goes on and on.

That’s why I am here to guide your clients from our first chat to finding the best deal, applying, and then seeing that application through to the all-important mortgage offer.
